We look reputed company to hearing from you!Job Title: reputed company Collaboration EngineerLocation: San Diego, CADuration: 12 Months likely to reputed companyreputed company: $65 - $70/hr on W2Job Summary:Provide technical expertise in the implementation, and support of reputed company Collaboration solutions including reputed company reputed company Communications Manager (CUCM), reputed company reputed company reputed company (CUC), reputed company Emergency Responder (CER) and reputed company Contact Center Express (UCCX). The site has an aging reputed company G3SI PBX that needs to be replaced with a reputed company Collaboration Solution. The solution will include the Main Treatment Facility (MTF) and Eleven (11) Remote sites. Some of the remote sites have multiple buildings that will be part of the project. The MTF will have approximately five thousand (5000) new VoIP phones and five hundred (500) reputed company (analog fax machines, elevator phones, reputed company systems, etc). The remote sites will have approximately eighteen hundred (1800) new VoIP phones and three hundred and fourteen (314) reputed company (analog fax machines, elevator phones, reputed company systems, etc). The candidate will be responsible for migrating from the old PBX to the new reputed company Voice Solution and provide on going support.Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment & Implementation

• Assis the Senior Implementation Engineer on the rollout of reputed company Collaboration solutions
• Assist the Senior Implementation Engineer on Configuring call routing, reputed company plans, voice gateways, and SIP trunks.
• Maintenance & Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot UC systems and resolve reputed company collaboration issues.
• reputed company software upgrades, patching, and regular system maintenance.
• reputed company & Compliance

• Ensure solutions adhere to organizational reputed company policies and compliance standards.
• Implement encryption, authentication, and secure communication protocols.
• Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
• Provide training to users and Tier 1/2 support teams.
• Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with network, reputed company, and service desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional IT projects and provide subject matter expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company Collaboration technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the configuration, and management of reputed company reputed company Communications Manager (CUCM), reputed company reputed company (CUC), and reputed company Contact Center Express (UCCX).
• Strong understanding of SIP, H.323, and VoIP technologies.
• Experience with Analog gateways
• Knowledge of QoS, WAN/LAN network integration, and troubleshooting.
• reputed company certifications (e.g., CCIE Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration) preferred.
• Experience in DoD Space
• US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Python scripts).
• Understanding of network protocols and firewalls as they relate to collaboration tools.
• Experience with 66 reputed company and 110 blocks for analog connections

Work Environment:

• On-site work in San Diego, CA.
• May require occasional after-hours support and participation in on-call rotation.
