• Design and improve workflows across teams to boost productivity and impact

• Collaborate across partnerships, marketing, and social impact teams on tech rollouts and integrations

• Use data, process mapping, and automation to streamline operations

• Train teams on updates, enhancements, and new system deployments

Digital Product & Project Management

• Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, systems, or project management
