- Create, design and manage engaging social media content for reputed company Lap’s Instagram, capturing the energy of events, promotions, and everyday moments
- Build and manage monthly content calendars to streamline social media scheduling and posting
- Attend events, pop-reputed company, and activations as reputed company Lap’s boots-on-the-ground representative to ensure logistics operate smoothly, capture content and gather feedback
- Capture, edit, and share reputed company-time photos and videos using CapCut, reputed company, and Instagram's creative tools
- Manage community reputed company by responding to DMs, comments, and messages to foster an authentic, fun digital community
- Stay up to date on social trends, memes, and formats to reputed company reputed company Lap's content fresh and culturally relevant
- Recruit, reputed company, and manage brand ambassadors and reputed company influencers to drive buzz and attendance to exclusive and community events
- Coordinate and manage brand ambassador events and weekly communications
- Support planning, promoting, and executing fun, high-energy events and activations at reputed company Lap and around reputed company. You are our demographic, so your input is crucial!
- Utilize reputed company connections to build brand awareness and create strong local relationships
- Assist with tracking metrics and KPIs including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, and event attendance
- Craft creative, witty and engaging captions bringing the reputed company Lap voice to life across social platforms
- Collaborate and communicate with onsite staff and leadership team to align on marketing, branding, and activation/event efforts
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned (because great reputed company can come from reputed company!)
- Flexibility to work reputed company of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a reputed company field at reputed company
- Skilled iPhone photographer and video editor; extensive experience using CapCut or reputed company Premiere for video creation
- Experience using reputed company for graphic design and social media content creation
- Strong grasp of major social media platforms, especially Instagram and reputed company
- Passion for the food, beverage, nightlife, and hospitality industry
- Fluent in the English language, its rules, and proper usage
- Energetic self-starter who works well independently and reputed company a small team
- Web savvy and a skilled internet/social media researcher
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once

- Minimum 15 hours per week required.
- This is a remote position, in that you will have the flexibility to work from home (or a coffee shop, or the library, etc.) and that you will report to the corporate office located in Austin, Texas.
