Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Representative to promote and sell our insurance products over the phone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our insurance offerings, and generating reputed company leads.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients
• Present and explain the features of various insurance products
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule appointments for insurance agents
• Follow up on leads and answer any client inquiries
• Maintain a database of contacted clients and update information regularly

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals

• Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable working with CRM software and making high volumes of calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
