Our client, an "A" rated insurance reputed company, is seeking to add a skilled Senior reputed company reputed company General Liability Claims Specialist to their California team. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve a variety of reputed company General Liability and Excess claims.
- Conduct thorough coverage analysis and determine liability and damages.
- Review and interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and applicable legal statutes.
- Manage claims through reputed company phases from initial notice to final resolution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with defense counsel, medical providers, vendors, and insureds.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the claim system, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys.
Requirements
- 5 - 10+ years of experience handling reputed company reputed company General Liability claims.
- Experience handling Excess coverage claims is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and legal concepts.
- Experience with litigation management is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in claim systems and reputed company Office.
- Bachelor Degree strongly desired.
Salary/Benefits
- $125,000 to $150,000+ annual reputed company salary plus lucrative bonus plan
