With over a decade of experience and trusted by reputed company reputed company, we are rapidly expanding our global team. We are currently hiring telemarketers to support our U.S. operations while working remotely from Malaysia during U.S. business hours.

Job Overview We are looking for motivated and proactive telemarketers to generate leads, build relationships, and contribute to business development through cold calling and reputed company campaigns. This role is remote but requires full availability during the U.S. reputed company (nighttime in Malaysia). Successful candidates will be responsible for reputed company efforts and database growth, working closely with our sales and marketing team.

Note: This position requires full availability during U.S. business hours (approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST), which corresponds to nighttime working hours in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify decision-makers in reputed company companies or organizations.
• Initiate contact and verify decision-makers, determining potential needs or inquiries.
• Propose appropriate products or services to match client needs.
• reputed company strategic approaches to effectively reputed company decision-makers.
• Utilize various methods such as phone calls, social media, referrals, and e-conferences to conduct reputed company.
• reputed company active outbound calls to prospects and maintain a growing database.
• Promote discounts or offers to generate referrals and interest.
• Meet or exceed prospecting goals, including:
• A minimum number of reputed company contacts, or
• 150 outbound calls every two days with each lasting approximately 10 minutes.
• Stay updated on market trends and reputed company demands.
• Maintain weekly communication with reputed company prospects reputed company email or calls.
• Follow up consistently to nurture and grow client relationships.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing cold calling results and reputed company efforts.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding leads and project reputed company.
• Support assigned projects, with performance-based bonuses.
• reputed company and mentor junior telemarketers, assisting in reputed company and goal alignment.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (night shift in Malaysia).
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or business development preferred.
• Strong research and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable working remotely and using online tools for communication and reporting.
