About the position
The Online Teller position at reputed company involves providing reputed company-time transaction assistance to members through video transmission reputed company the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). The role requires performing various financial transactions while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate should be professional, friendly, and comfortable on camera, with opportunities for remote work after demonstrating proficient performance.
Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals. ,
- Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures. ,
- Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously. ,
- Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions. ,

- Adhere to reputed company, audit, and compliance requirements. ,
- Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members. ,
- Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge. ,
- Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understand employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program. ,
- Complete FACT Act Red Flag training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. ,
- 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position. ,
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred. ,
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines. ,
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management. ,
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously. ,
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators. ,
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. ,
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
