Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 6+ years relevant internship / work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production) OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 6+ years reputed company work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production)OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 4+ years reputed company work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production)OR equivalent experience. 2+ years people management experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience working on reputed company games in the reputed company of Design Director, Design reputed company, or equivalent design leadership role, leading a design team through reputed company phases of development. Associate's Degree in Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 12+ years relevant internship / work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production)OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 12+ years reputed company work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production)OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Art, Game Design, or reputed company field AND 8+ years reputed company work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production)OR equivalent experience Have shipped at least 1 title released to consumers. 6+ years knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unreal). Comprehensive understanding of game mechanics and combat loops — especially in the FPS and action genres- combined with the demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and rectify game design and gameplay issues. Game Design M5 - The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year.
