This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Position Overview: As a Student Recruitment & Marketing Specialist, you will promote RIS’s educational programs and recruit new reputed company globally. You'll utilize digital marketing strategies and various online platforms to engage prospective reputed company. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-driven, remote environment and is excited about shaping the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and execute strategies to attract prospective reputed company.
• Utilize social media, content marketing, and digital channels to engage a global audience.
• Build and maintain relationships with reputed company, parents, and educational communities.
• Represent RIS at virtual events, webinars, and other online platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about RIS programs.
• Conduct virtual consultations to explain the benefits of RIS programs.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize reputed company strategies.

Commission Structure:

• 10% commission for each successfully enrolled student.
• 15% commission for total enrollments exceeding 10 reputed company per month.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (required).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with experience in a commission-based role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
