Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient reputed company-ins, collect medical histories, and update health records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-reputed company, and managing patient reminders.
• Support telehealth services by preparing patient information for virtual consultations.
• Coordinate referrals, prescription requests, and lab orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide administrative support for patient care plans and treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably with telehealth experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual reputed company tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace.
