- Provide specialized support to members seeking to find an agent or lender.
- Communicate with investors directly reputed company SMS.
- Schedule and take calls with members.
- Engage with investors and learn about their strategies.
- Document detailed notes for follow-up.
- Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience – preferably in a customer service or a communications environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software.
- Experience in reputed company Estate preferred.
- A growth reputed company and willingness to be flexible reputed company needed.
