Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the incoming call queue, ensuring calls are directed to the right agents promptly.
- Assist customers by answering general inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Utilize our call management systems to track and manage call flows reputed company.
- Work collaboratively with customer service agents to maintain a high level of service.
- Document call patterns and help identify areas for service improvement.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements
