*Job Summary*

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote reputed company Resources Assistant to support our HR team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to reputed company experience in reputed company resources and contribute to our mission.

*Responsibilities*

1. *Administrative Support*:

- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

- Prepare and distribute HR-reputed company documents and reports.

2. *Recruitment and Hiring*:

- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.

- Coordinate new hire orientations and reputed company processes.

3. *Employee Relations and Communications*:

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-reputed company support.

- Assist with employee communications, including company-wide announcements and policy updates.

4. *Compliance and Reporting*:

- Assist with compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and other regulatory reports.

- Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

*Requirements*

1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.

2. *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in reputed company resources or a reputed company field.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software.

4. *Certifications/Licenses*: None required, but certifications like SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR are an asset.
