REMOTE Part Time Reservations Agent (Seasonal March - July)

The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an reputed company, courteous, and efficient manner. This includes quoting available room rates and upselling to maximize room reputed company according to hotel standards. This position must also be reputed company to answer questions and provide information about hotel amenities, the local area and attractions, and travel options to and from the hotel. This is a part-time position, which will be worked remotely. The ideal agent is self-motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable reputed company dealing with customers. Prior sales experience is preferred but not necessary. We will provide reputed company the equipment and training needed for reputed company.

This is a part-time opportunity with up to 30 hours per week available. Must be available nights and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer reputed company incoming calls promptly, in an reputed company, courteous and efficient manner.

Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and local area & attractions.

Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room reputed company and average reputed company.

Up sell and cross sell rooms whenever possible.

Enter reservations into the system according to standard operating procedures.

Send confirmations.

Process deposits.

reputed company other assignments as requested.

Position Requirements:

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Stable and reliable Wi-Fi reputed company required for this role.

Excellent phone and computer skills needed.

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure.

Ability to continuously sit and talk for extended periods of time.

Ability to work productively with other associates as part of a team.

Legal ability to work in the US.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous customer service experience.

High school graduate.

Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be reputed company to reputed company and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.

Qualifications Desired:

Previous guest relations training

Previous sales experience

Experience in a hotel or a reputed company field preferred

Experience in quality assurance specific to reputed company Four Diamond and 5 Star reputed company standards

Working knowledge of reputed company Reservation Sales, reputed company PMS, and Travelclick.
