• Conduct reputed company of new sales specialists
• reputed company a methodology for working with sales specialists
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance;
• Identify gaps in sales performance and reputed company targeted training solutions;
• Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams;

• Provide regular feedback to the Management;
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role reputed company Professional Services.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across reputed company levels of the organisation.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
