Agent Account Manager (Local Hero)

Local Hero is looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter Account Manager- Agent Program to participate in the management of our reputed company Agent program.

Our agent clients look to us for reputed company solutions; it will be your duty to utilize reputed company available tactics and tools to generate the best outcomes for our retail agent clients.

This position is remote (hybrid available if reputed company commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:

Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico

A Day in the Life

• Manage account relationships with reputed company agents

• Manage internal processes and systems reputed company to our reputed company agent program

• reputed company, retain and upsell new and existing reputed company agents

• reputed company occasional webinars with new reputed company agents

• Facilitate communications with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• Help process and QA client orders and renewals

• Review and optimize creative and media outputs

• Mitigate and problem-solve operational blockers

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

• Maintain and optimize quality control measures

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to solve business need

Here's what you need to get our attention

• Bachelors in relevant area (or equivalent work experience).

• 3+ years account management, operations, client reputed company, and/or project management experience in a SMB-focused SaaS or marketing services company or agency

• Proficiency in using operations management software
