System Engineer
JoB Title: System EngineerLocation: Canada Job Type: Fulltime. Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for DevOps-reputed company account escalations and service requests; work with Engineering Manager to triage and solve problems. Support project setups and deploys and verify that reputed company infrastructure has been properly configured; follow internal best practices.Continuously monitor automated alert systems; triage events as needed. Gather user requirements to inform DevOps roadmap. Collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for reputed company brands. Connect with the DevOps community and track the latest trends and emerging technologies. Support the team by participating in the on-call rotation. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or reputed company field, or equivalent experience Experience in Javascript or Python or ability to demonstrate skills in either language. 3+ years of experience with reputed company) Experience with AWS CI/CD tools Experience with code repos reputed company and bitbucket.
