LPN Inpatient - Med/Surg - CRBH - Nights

How You'll Help Transform reputed company:This position is located at Carilion Rockbridge Community Hospital (CRBH) in Lexington, VA. This position is full time, working 7pm-7am with every other weekend requirement.Practices practical nursing reputed company the parameters set forth in reputed company's Plans for the Provision of Patient Care and functions under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. Partners with the RN in collecting data, planning, implementing and evaluating patient/reputed company care. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for patients/residents served.

• Participates in the nursing process for patients of reputed company ages served.
• Contributes to the development of the patient/reputed company database and interdisciplinary
• plan of care.
• Identifies patient/reputed company/family/caregiver educational needs, incorporates into the
• plan of care, implements, and documents.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for

• Implements prescribed therapeutic treatment plan and procedures.
• Administers prescribed medication to patients/residents.

Must obtain/maintain AHA BLS-HCP.
