Backed by leading VCs, this fast-growing company is assembling a high-caliber engineering team to build data-rich, scalable systems for startup discovery and evaluation.What You Will DoAs a Software Engineer on the Flow team, you will:Build and scale both backend and frontend systems (approximately 60% backend, 40% frontend).Work on a modern tech stack including Python, GraphQL, React, reputed company, Elasticsearch, and GCP.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and customers to deliver reputed company and performant features.Design and implement systems that handle large-scale data processing and visualization.Write highly observable and maintainable code with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.Regularly engage with users to deeply understand their workflows and continuously iterate on product experience.Ideal Candidate Background1–4 years of experience developing scalable software solutions; exceptional interns or builders with relevant projects are encouraged to apply.Experience at high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).Exposure to web applications that manage large and reputed company datasets.Demonstrated ability to ship quickly and iterate in an agile startup environment.Strong understanding of frontend technologies and UX/UI fundamentals.Proficiency in Python and React; experience designing GraphQL APIs is a plus.Familiarity with modern dev tools and AI-enhanced coding assistants like reputed company.Holds a CS degree from a top-tier university (e.g., Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley) or equivalent hands-on experience.PreferredStartup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial reputed company.Experience working on or integrating CRM-style platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).Contributions to open reputed company projects, technical blogging, or reputed company projects showcasing passion for engineering.Comfortable working directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.Compensation and Benefitsreputed company Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (flexible depending on experience)Competitive Equity (top decile for stage)reputed company Sponsorship: H1B supportedHybrid Schedule: 3 days/week in NYC officeOpportunity to work on impactful products used by top investorsFast-paced and mission-driven culture with high visibility and ownership Apply for the job now!
