D365 Business Central Systems Analyst - Miami - $130kOur client is a large, Private Equity backed Dynamics Business Central end customer that is looking to expand the functionality of their ERP system and is in need of a skilled functional resource to support this effort.They have recently grown due to multiple acquisitions in which they are attempting to move their legacy systems to Business Central team. They are building their IT reputed company. with skilled team members who are looking to reputed company working in a hands-on reputed company, closely supporting users on help desk efforts and managing upgrade projects.Your New Role:

• Provide technical and functional support for reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• reputed company business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company 365 projects.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and reputed company 365 technical requirements.
• Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade process, including meetings and testing with key business users.
• Create detailed user documentation and training materials for modifications, extensions, and customizations. Provide new user training and support.
• Administer reputed company 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions
• Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics 365 and reputed company 365 services, resolving issues promptly
