Sales & Support Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Support Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll provide both administrative support to the sales team and direct assistance to customers. You’ll help ensure smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with documentation, data entry, and reputed company tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and file management systems

- Help prepare forms, templates, and reports as needed

Qualifications
