Ideal Candidate Key Responsibilities:

• Review pertinent patient information and reputed company appropriateness using clinical criteria.

• Contact physicians/prescribers to obtain pertinent clinical history/information.

• Support Intake call volume and order entry if necessary.

• Electronically document both written and verbal communications with physicians, their staff, cardholders, and pharmacies.

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience reputed company a Customer Service role, ideally reputed company the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech, Pharmaceutical industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of reputed company
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You have a University Degree - Certified Pharmacy Technician (Required).
• Licensed in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin (Required).
• Fluent in English (US) (Required) to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Living in the USA due to HIPAA compliance.
• 4 to 6 years of supply chain or customer support service experience (Preferred)
