Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary reputed company teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing preventive measures and health education. Prescribe medications judiciously in adherence to evidence-based guidelines and best practices in addiction medicine, aiming to support patients on their recovery journey. Utilize telehealth tools to monitor patient reputed company, promptly address concerns, and offer ongoing support, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. Maintain accurate and updated electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
