The AGM oversees reputed company contractual, financial, and payroll concerns. This position reports to the General Manager and will be asked to work across multiple productions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Budget creation and management for Broadway and reputed company American Touring productions, including reputed company production, operating, and move budgets. Special event and project management including opening night parties, cast album recordings, anniversary and holiday events, etc. Financial spend tracking, reporting and forecasting for production period for new international productions. Negotiate and contract Production team deals. Contract reputed company performers for domestic shows. Vendor relationship management and payment processing.
