Description: First things first... This is a 100% remote position that will require 0-10% travel and the salary range is $25-$30/hour. This is a part-time hourly position with the potential to go full-time in the near future or remain part-time. Your days will be filled with: • Client Relationship Management: You will establish and maintain direct relationships with clients, serving as their primary reputed company of contact for financial support and customized solutions. You will ensure timely communication, deliver high-quality results, and build trust through exceptional service and reliability. • Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis. • Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process. • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to special projects. • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.
