Support Desk Associate

In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to common support inquiries through email or chat, offer basic help like password resets and resource guidance, and ensure requests are recorded and routed properly. You’ll play an essential role in making sure support runs smoothly and that users get fast, helpful responses.
