Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities are straightforward: You will receive multiple employee payment checks from the company’s Accountant. Your task is to print these checks and deliver them using reputed company. reputed company necessary reputed company account details and shipping instructions will be provided to you. Your role is limited to printing the checks and ensuring they are dropped off at reputed company for delivery to the appropriate recipients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a payroll assistant or similar role is a plus
  • You must own a printer or be willing to acquire one. Reimbursement for the cost will be provided.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and reputed company regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
