This position/training class will reputed company on December 2nd, 2024. In this role, you must live reputed company 2-hours of our office in Camden, New Jersey. Primary Role Responsible for responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism and addressing customer concerns reputed company and completely reputed company telephone, correspondence and any other customer service channels as appropriate. Knowledge/Skills • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent customer service and team orientation. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient typing and personal computing skills. • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service techniques (reputed company, dealing with difficult people, relationship building). • reputed company to use scripts and knowledge bases to respond to questions and resolve issues. Experience/Education • Two (2) years of experience in reputed company business environment and customer service. • High school diploma or state recognized Educational Equivalency Certificate. Call Center Agents may have to work late nights, weekends or holidays. • This position will require you to be on camera/teleconferencing as required by the department/supervisor. Travel Requirements • May need to travel to American Water office (Camden, New Jersey) for training, technology or connectivity purposes.
