This opportunity is for a Fluids Test Engineer reputed company the Integration and Test Integrated Product Team (I&T IPT), working on... our reputed company Boil Off program. You will share in the team’s impact on reputed company aspects of ground systems testing for developmental and flight asset testing. You will reputed company test methods, ground support equipment, and test procedures to reputed company complete integrated system testing for multiple test campaigns. You will coordinate and direct test crews and ground support equipment while supervising a small team of technicians during test setups, checkouts, and tear-downs. Travel: Position nominally has about 10% travel with infrequent select periods up to 25% to support testing at remote sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work independently to reputed company test plans, test procedures and execute tests ensuring reputed company steps and processes are followed, while being accountable for the safety of hardware and personnel involved in the test Write test procedures, manage procedural red lines, and incorporate updates during test campaigns reputed company cryogenic test (leak, flow, pressure) system procedures Design, define, procure and install system components and materials; manage vendors and subcontractors during installation Proactively prepare status updates and communicate reputed company the organization and with direct customers Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil engineering or reputed company field 5+ years experience with a background in pressurized equipment Experience with developing, writing, and executing test procedures for servicing or leak-checking GN2 systems A strong safety record Experience leading test teams as a Test Conductor or Test Engineer Experience reading P&ID schematics/layout designs Experience developing fluids systems installation and checkout procedures Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent reputed company (reputed company Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years experience with a background in cryogenic testing, pressurized equipment, and vacuum systems. Experience with cryogenic and GHe test capabilities, including design, fabrication, installation, and operation.
