We are hiring remote reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will support inbound calls from US based members/providers who have questions about their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their reputed company benefits.
