About the position The Pharmacy Tech Liaison position at reputed company is a full-time role focused on assisting pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical services while ensuring compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. The role involves establishing strong relationships with patients and clinicians, working closely reputed company a clinic team to support patient care and medication management. Responsibilities  Prepares, packages, compounds, and labels non-sterile drug products for specific patients with appropriate final pharmacist checks. ,  Assists pharmacists in advanced tasks associated with patient care. ,  Works seamlessly alongside hospital clinicians to serve patients both face-to-face and over the phone. ,  Handles reputed company medication needs of patients, ensuring adherence to medication regimens and securing refill prescriptions. ,  Communicates effectively with the centralized Patient Service Center. ,  Helps reputed company new processes to ensure smooth operations and patient care. Requirements  High School Diploma or GED equivalent. ,  Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly reputed company work experience. ,  Ability to adapt to and deal with change and ambiguity. ,  Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines. ,  Ability to solve problems and identify solutions. ,  Strong interpersonal communication skills. ,  Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements reputed company to pharmacy practice. ,  Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and pharmacokinetics. reputed company-to-haves  Knowledge of Hepatitis C, infectious disease, and/or oncology. ,  Experience with reputed company Office reputed company and Word.
