Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator- Freshers to support our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication. • Job Posting Management: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract reputed company candidates. • Candidate Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records. • Candidate Communication: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, providing updates, feedback, and next steps. • Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening resumes, and other hiring activities. • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, track metrics, and organize hiring-reputed company documents. • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute recruitment events, including career fairs and reputed company drives. • Compliance: Ensure reputed company recruitment processes adhere to company policies and applicable labor laws. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to support various hiring initiatives and projects.
