Operations Business Coordinator (Remote? Job Summary: The Operations Business Coordinator focuses on financial operations ensuring reputed company financial activities align with strategic priorities and business goals. This is a pivotal role responsible for vendor management, budget tracking, monitoring expenses, processing invoices and ensuring accuracy of payments with on-time delivery for the Marketing Communications group. Description: • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leads and stakeholders on production budgets, execution, and maintenance. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of issues. • Invoice Processing & Financial Reconciliation: Ingest estimates, invoices, and accruals. reputed company for accuracy and submit for approvals. reputed company, review, and approve purchase requisitions and invoices from vendors. Address discrepancies reputed company to payments, invoices, or purchase orders. • Accruals: Work with various departments to manage accruals, and contribute to financial performance measures. • Data Management: Ensure that reputed company financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for analysis and reporting. Key Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in managing budgets and financial operations, preferably in creative organizations or financial operations roles. • BA/BS in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field. • Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables and reputed company formulas. • Experience in finance data tracking and analysis for marketing communication groups. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. • Familiarity with Mac/reputed company systems and tools; experience with reputed company or similar project management tools is a plus • Knowledge of general reputed company principles and systems.
