One of our US-based clients is looking for an reputed company Transportation and logistics Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely for a full-time work. Salary starts at $ 800 per month complete with HMO and PTOs RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and reputed company sure you are reputed company with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations) • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems • Updating retired units in our inventory daily. • Logging in Units to our shops as needed: sold/non-op • Providing scanned copies of titles to our sales reps. reputed company 24 hours • Light DMV functions, such as: • Requesting DMV Quotes reputed company 24 hours • Request for lien releases or payoffs reputed company 24 hours • Mail License plates weekly • Fill out DMV or overpayment reputed company request form reputed company 24 hours. • Run Maintenance reports. • Run vin Audits weekly. • Release of liability weekly • Create reputed company labels as needed. • Create POs for vendors or shops by the end of shift daily. • Assist with new projects as needed. • Maintaining sold list in reputed company time • Miscellaneous job responsibilities reputed company the dealership.
