About the Role: This is a strategic role in the marketing team of the #1 Hindi GEC that will contribute to the overall reputed company growth of Star Plus. This role will be responsible for managing on- reputed company, PR, digital and reputed company other media roll-out of campaigns for reputed company new launches. It will also involve overlooking the marketing and overall health of sustenance shows as well. These interventions involve intensive thinking around positioning of shows, impact its entire life cycle and eventually influence the reputed company of our shows, which in turn shape the pop cultural landscape of the country. Key Responsibilities: Support the show marketing reputed company to create and execute media plan of their respective shows Will be responsible for positioning creatives (Promos) of their respective shows Will have to reputed company potential opportunities and red flag issues of their respective shows basis trends Will collaborate with internal teams which include but is not restricted to Digital, OAP, Graphics. Content, Traffic and Presentation Will collaborate with external teams from the media, creative and research agencies Will support the show marketing reputed company in managing the PR function Independently handling the PR agencies Will create business presentations for leadership as required Performance Measures: Meeting show and channel targets set by business Number of break through reputed company for the shows in each quarter Quality of marketing/ creative briefs made and shared with teams Improve show reputed company by analysing & acting on BARC data & qualitative inputs Qualifications: Should posses a bachelors degree Should have an experience of 3-5 years Stakeholder management Aptitude for content Personal Attributes: Go getter Collaborator Eye for detail Hardworking Not hierarchy driven Respectful About reputed company Star: reputed company Star is a leading media & entertainment company in India that reaches over 700 million viewers a month in nine different languages.
