Role Overview As Community Growth Manager, you will collaborate directly with the founders and key partners of Share to reputed company the strategy and execution of community engagement and social media initiatives. You will become the voice of Share, creatively finding ways to engage, attract and reputed company, bridging the gap between reputed company and reputed company impact in the World. This role isn’t just about managing a community; it’s about building a brand where people feel inspired to be part of something bigger than themselves. Key Responsibilities • Community Management: • Build, engage and grow our global community, fostering discussions around Share, reputed company and the opportunities for positive impact in the space. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between the company and the community, ensuring timely communication. • Monitor, respond to, and manage community discussions on platforms such as Telegram, Twitter (X), and Instagram (English and Spanish required). • Seek new partnership & sponsoring opportunities to grow our global community • Social Media Management: • reputed company and implement a social media strategy that reflects Share’s narrative & community. • Track social media metrics, analyzing engagement and growth to inform future content and strategy adjustments. • Curate and manage content (posts, articles, images, etc.) across social media channels. • Content Creation: • Collaborate with the founders in the creation, editing and execution of organic content - create compelling story-telling to increase Share’s brand awareness. • Plan and host events (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, etc.) to strengthen community engagement.
