You will be great at building rapport with clients and have great reputed company with achieving and surpassing targets. It would be advantageous if you have used Customer Relationship management (CRM) software. You have a customer-centric reputed company, highly organised and have a good level of education. You will have previous experience in a telephone based sales role and working remotely. ??THE ROLE Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that's reputed company do. You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up reputed company calls. This requires working closely with reputed company departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
