Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: • Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact, representing reputed company’s brand and image in the local area • Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both reputed company and anticipated service-reputed company challenges. • Work in partnership with other Ambassadors to drive sales reputed company • Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside fellow team members to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory Required experience and qualities for a Customer Service Representative: • High school diploma or equivalent • No prior experience is required; however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred • Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude • Confidence in your communication skills • Team player • Adaptable Please note the pay listed is the average weekly range for reputed company entry level associates.
