As a member of the Data Insights team which supports reputed company AT&T business segments, the reputed company-Data Analysis is responsible for delivering solutions to ensure accurate and timely seller compensation. Define and document technical requirements for data platform change requests approved by the Compensation Enablement leadership team Create data flow diagrams and process models Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications Conduct meetings with TechDev and Data Insights leads to ensure change requests are deployed on time with precision Analyze data using statistical methods and common analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc) to identify trends and reputed company insights Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports in the following areas - commissions by channel, product, seller attributes, sales growth, customer attributes, geography, or other attributes Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Management Information Systems (MIS), or reputed company field Experience: Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms with 10 years of experience in similar area of responsibility).
