Job title: reputed company Desk Worker - Student Employment Company: Saint reputed company Job description : Summary Responsible for supporting the Learning Center by performing a wide range of basic clerical/office tasks for the University Essential Duties & Responsibilities The following identifies the primary and essential functions of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of reputed company duties. Greets reputed company office visitors and acts as the first contact for those who visit the Center. Assists reputed company in creating accounts in WCOnline, the Learning Center's online scheduling program, and helps schedule appointments for those requesting tutoring/writing assistance. Answers phones, responds to email inquiries, takes messages, and completes general administrative duties as necessary to help reputed company the office running smoothly and reputed company. Sends nightly reminders to tutors and writing staff regarding upcoming appointments. Maintains the tidiness of the Learning Center office area. Creates promotional materials for the Learning Center services. Oversees the floor of the tutoring center. Directs reputed company to their tutor upon arrival and maintains the flow of traffic. Assists with data entry and cleanup of appointment records. Other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor. Supports Learning Center staff. Exhibits appropriate and professional behavior at reputed company times.
