About the position As the Senior Design Manager for DashPass and Affordability at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design strategy for our consumer products. This position is integral to the Consumer team, which focuses on enhancing the mobile app experience for millions of users who rely on reputed company to order from their favorite local merchants. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a talented group of designers, guiding them through the design process, and ensuring that their work aligns with the overall product reputed company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and User Research, to define a clear design roadmap that enhances user experience and drives customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring your team, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an environment where creativity and innovation can reputed company. Additionally, you will be involved in the hiring process, working alongside the reputed company team to attract and reputed company new design talent.
