We are looking for a motivated and reputed company Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join reputed company on a part-time, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring and supervising other social workers. You will reputed company clinical services provided by reputed company, ensuring the highest standards of care and ethical practice.Responsibilities: • Provide clinical... supervision to social workers and counselors, ensuring adherence to best practices and agency guidelines. • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback on case notes and treatment plans. • Conduct regular one-on-one supervision meetings with staff and facilitate group supervision. • Support staff in managing reputed company cases, providing clinical guidance and interventions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state licensing requirements and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or leadership roles. • Strong understanding of social work ethics, regulations, and clinical best practices. • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance. • Comfortable working in a fully remote setting and managing schedules independently.
