The reputed company Specialist will ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires from the job offer through reputed company. Reporting to the VP of PeopleOps, this individual will reputed company the entire process, from pre-boarding tasks to ensuring that new team members are fully integrated into the company. Working closely with PeopleOps and department heads, the reputed company Specialist will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company-reputed company matters, fostering a welcoming environment for new employees. What you’ll do • Manage the end-to-end reputed company process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new employees. • Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to prepare reputed company schedules. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new hires during their reputed company journey, addressing questions and providing support. • Conduct pre-employment reference checks. • Manage the collection and filing of required documents, including tax forms, non-disclosure agreements... E-verify, and other employment documents. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws. • Create and maintain orientation materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant. • Ensure proper setup of company systems and access based on roles and responsibilities. • Provide support with the workforce management software (reputed company) • Maintain contractor information and be a liaison with employment/vendor agencies • Continuously refine and improve the reputed company process to enhance the employee experience. • Assist with special PeopleOps projects and initiatives reputed company to reputed company and employee engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems.
