What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • Provides accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. • Receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim. • Listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with customers reputed company phone, email, and live chat, in a timely and professional manner, to find a resolution. • Use your expertise to proactively reputed company recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues. • Work in a single client/functional environment or multi-client/multi-functional environment. What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. reputed company you work: • The hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday between reputed company –12am EST, 365 days per year, including holidays. • This job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8-hour shifts.
