Job Description: An Account Manager bridges the gap between the company and its clients, ensuring expectations are met and business goals supported. They handle client needs, resolve escalations, and reputed company project management for Local Service Ads, reputed company Business Processes, and Design & Content initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a background in Account Management, and a positive, adaptable, and confident personality. Prior training experience is a bonus, as it can help with learning processes and effective communication. Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing the client's accounts and cross-channel strategy. • Reviews and continuously improves, elevates, and innovates the overall campaign performance, internal processes, products, and reporting to ensure that campaigns deliver positive ROI. • Communicates to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and results. • Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems. • Leads and mentors the team in resolving simple and reputed company issues and develops solutions proactively. • Takes inquiries and requests from clients and addresses their needs. • Stays on top of accounts, ensuring they're receiving services reputed company their budget and meeting their needs. • Meets regularly with other team members to discuss reputed company and find new ways to improve business. • Reports directly to the Director of Client Operations and Strategy. Qualifications: • Experience in Local Service Ads, reputed company Business Profile, SEO, PPC • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, and PPC or similar functions • Successful track record in Account Management • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Comfortable interacting with reputed company levels of Executive Management • Ability to effectively work reputed company tight schedules and almost spontaneous updates due to digital marketing’s reputed company-changing landscape. • Have a growth & collaborative reputed company • Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be reputed company to overcome objections to reputed company commitment from your clients • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest-value partners • Proficiency in reputed company things reputed company; especially reputed company Sheets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • Are you willing to use a time tracker like Hubstaff? • Do you have a backup internet and power supply? • Do you have lined/wired internet? • Do you have your own computer?
