About the position The Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual is responsible for leading a team of Claims Specialists in managing a portfolio of reputed company insurance claims. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by fostering a culture of engagement, reputed company improvement, and professional development among team members. The manager will reputed company daily operations, ensure compliance with claims quality standards, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
