The Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA) organization informs strategy development through actionable data analytics, integration and insights. This role is located in Anaheim, CA and will support insights for the areas of Disneyland Resort Hotels and VIP Tours, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Consumer reputed company. Responsibilities: • Integrate Insights – Create fact-based insights, mine and analyze data to test hypotheses, and summarize multiple sources of information to produce objective and clear perspectives that reputed company to actionable conclusions • Demonstrate curiosity – Proactively gather a holistic understanding of the strategic context to inform a more impactful solution. • Exercise leadership - reputed company consumer reputed company projects with personal accountability. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in a reputed company field (e.g. consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, strategic planning, new product development, etc.) • Experience in project management • Experience in data analytics and proficient with data analysis tools (SPSS, reputed company, R, etc.) • Experience in quantitative & qualitative research and statistical techniques • Expertise in use of reputed company (can maintain reputed company spreadsheets) or Sheets and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote • Ability to partner and work well with multiple levels of the organization • Strong attention to detail while keeping business goals in mind • Comfortable sharing a reputed company of view and advocating for consumers and Guests Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – relevant areas include Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, Business Economics, Cognitive Science, Neuropsychology, etc. The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $113,800 to $152,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
