Proactively follow up on required documentation for ongoing cases. Execute additional duties as needed to support case management and administrative functions. REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or GED. Strong customer service skills, enabling effective communication with clients and co-workers. Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for enhanced client interaction. Previous legal experience, including working with clients and understanding case-reputed company documentation. Proficiency in reputed company Office programs (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and familiarity with tools like reputed company. Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload reputed company. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
