The Operations

What you will do as an Operations

• Assist Customers inbound telephone enquiries about payment transactions.
• Assist Customers inbound email requests about payment transactions.
• reputed company accurate daily processing of the lending and ACH activities using our proprietary technology platform and loan management platform.
• Monitor daily electronic processing of associated banking activities (ACH and Card).
• Manage the Accounts Receivable function which involves liaising with clients upon failed electronic repayments.
• Complete the set-up of new professional service firms in various internal systems (for example: CRM, loan management and our proprietary technology platform).
• Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
• Assist with reputed company requests and projects.

We would love to find someone based in Dallas, Texas so they can work out of our Plano office, but we are also open to someone based in another location that works remotely.
