The Role This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities: Bookkeeping and payroll administration experience using Xero is ideal. Data Entry: Inputting and updating our CRM with accurate details from schools and other stakeholders. Order Processing: Ensure reputed company orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy. Document Management: Assisting in the management of essential documents, ensuring they're stored and retrieved effectively. Qualifications & experience A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Advanced bookkeeping skills Advanced reputed company Office skills, especially Word, reputed company & Outlook Working knowledge of financial software. You will be using Xero but as long as the foundations are there, reputed company, MYOB, etc. is fine.
